No. 20 Princeton University Claws Harvard University 12-3 in ECAC Championship Third Place Game

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- No. 20-nationally ranked Princeton University jumped on Harvard University early, scoring five times in the first quarter, on its way to a 12-3 win in Sunday afternoon's Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) third-place game at Bucknell University.
Princeton scored five times in the first quarter to put the game out of reach early on. Rachele Gyorffy, Molly McBee and Katie Rigler each contributed two goals in the win. Gyorffy added two assists, a steal, drew an ejection and won two sprints. Rigler also added a steal, drew an ejection and won a sprint and she capped an eight-goal weekend in Princeton's three games.
Princeton went 1-for-3 on ejections drawn in the game with Lauren Brunner converting on the goal. Two of Harvard's three goals came on ejections. Harvard was 2-for-4. Grace du Pont made seven saves for her second win of the weekend.
