CWPA Hall of Fame
Eligibility

Athletes
Individual must have competed in the
CWPA for a minimum of two seasons and completed his/her eligibility
at least two years prior to nomination.

Coaches
Individual must have competed in the
CWPA for a minimum of two seasons and retired from active coaching
at least two years prior to nomination.

Officials
Individual must have worked in the
CWPA for a minimum of two seasons and retired from active
officiating at least two years prior to nomination.

Contributors
Individual must have made a unique
or significant impact with the CWPA as an administrator or
fundraiser.
Awards
Individuals selected to the Hall of Fame will be honored at the function most closely related to their involvement. Honorees will receive:
- Recognition during the awards dinner at the championship
- Transportation expenses to the championship event for two
- Per Diem and lodging for two for the weekend
- Plaque
Selection Procedure
Nominations must be submitted to the Hall of Fame Committee by
November 1st using the Nomination Form.
The Hall of Fame Committee will review nominations during the
annual meeting and make selections for the following year. There is
no requirement to select individuals in any specific category.
Nomination Form
Nominations must be accompanied by support material that
completely describes why the individual is worthy of consideration.
