BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Michigan State University's Tim Wickes (So., Chicago, Ill./Latin School) came off the bench to score five goals with three assists, four kickouts drawn and five steals to key the Spartans to the Big Ten Division title and earn the October 26 division Player of the Week award.

In the title game against the University of Michigan, he converted on a six-on-five with less than 20 seconds remaining for the game-winner in an 8-7 victory.  He added another goal against Michigan earlier in the game as the Spartans earned the division's automatic berth to the National Collegiate Club Championship at the University of Florida on November 13-15.

Overall, he helped MSU knock off the University of Wisconsin (9-5 W), University of Iowa (15-8 W), University of Illinois (8-3 W) and Michigan as the Spartans earned a shot to defend their 2008 National Collegiate Club Championship.
