Middlebury's Patrick Burton & Yale's Paul Orland Named October 19 New England Division Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Middlebury College's Patrick Burton (Sr., Oakpark, Ill.) and Yale University's Paul Orland (So., St. Louis, Mo.) combined to score 24 goals last week to share the October 19 Men's Collegiate Club New England Division Player of the Week award.

Burton scored 17 to key the Panthers past University of Massachusetts (14-0 W) and Williams College (10-8 W OT) while falling to Boston University (9-2 L) and Boston College (16-9 W) as Middlebury clinched the No. 6 seed for the upcoming division championship at home.

For Yale, Orland registered seven goals with five assists and three steals as the Bulldogs stopped Williams (8-6 W), Boston University (14-6 W), Massachusetts (13-5 W) and Dartmouth College (9-8 W) to claim the No. 1 seed for the championship.
