Duke's Charlie Neiman Named October 5 Atlantic Division Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Duke University's Charlie Neiman (Sr., Bellevue, Wash./Bellevue) scored 14 goals, handed out eight assists and collected 15 steals to lead the Blue Devils to a 4-0 weekend in division play and earn the October 5 Atlantic Division Player of the Week award.

His best game of the week came against Virginia Tech as he scored the game-winner with seven seconds left in the fourth period for a 9-8 victory.  Overall, he also helped Duke to victories over University of Richmond (5-0 Forfeit), University of North Carolina (6-5 W) and North Carolina State University (17-6 W) as the Blue Devils are first in the division standings.
