Name the only United States Military Academy that does not field a men's water polo team in the CWPA??

The correct answer is: Air Force.  Army, Navy and the Coast Guard are all members of the CWPA, while Air Force fields a varsity men's team (and the JV team, although games against club teams in the CWPA this year, is not a member of the league).
