2010 NCAA Water Polo Rules Message by Dr. Bob Corb

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Dr. Bob Corb, NCAA Coordinator of Officials, has released his annual message regarding rules changes for the 2010 Men's Water Polo season.  Covering issues ranging from field set-up, brutalities, rules, minor acts of disconduct and equipment, among others, the video highlights important changes in the sport for the upcoming year.
