Kirsten Hudson Named 2010 Hartwick College Female Athlete of the Year

ONEONTA, N.Y. -- Kirsten Hudson (Sr., Wellington, New Zealand/Sacred Heart) headlined the end of season student-athlete awards at the Hartwick College Athletics Banquet held in the Binder Physical Education Center's Lambros Arena as she received the Anna Meyer Female Athlete of the Year Award.

Hudson, who receives the award for the second straight year, garnered Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Northern Division Most Valuable Player of the Year honors this season to close out her stellar four-year stint with the Hawks. She was a four-time CWPA Eastern First Team all-star, a three-time Northern MVP, and holds College records in virtually every statistical category. Hudson scored 368 goals and added 248 assists for an astounding 616 career points. She also recorded a program-best 249 steals.
