Hartwick's Jessica Dorman Named April 12 Women's Varsity Northern Division Defensive Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Hartwick College goalie Jessica Dorman (Jr., Auckland, New Zealand/Diocesan) made 28 saves with five assists and five steals while permitting 14 goals in 64 minutes of action against Brown University and Harvard University to earn the April 12 Women's Varsity Northern Division Defensive Player of the Week award.

The award marks the third weekly honor bestowed on Dorman this season as she picked up the February 8 Northern Division Player of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week honors for making 41 saves over four games at the University of California-San Diego's Triton Invitational.

Against Brown University in an 11-6 victory, she tallied nine saves, two assists and three steals, while tacking on 19 saves, three assists and two steals in a 15-8 win against Harvard University.
