Virginia Military Institute Seeks Head Women's Water Polo Coach

LEXINGTON, Va. -- Virginia Military Institute is seeking a full-time Head Women’s Water Polo Coach. The position will also serve as assistant to the Swimming & Diving program.

This is a brand new program, to begin competition in 2011-2012, and the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of implementing a new program, including the coordination and development of NCAA Division I Water Polo program, recruiting, budgeting and scheduling, as well as any other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Bachelor’s degree required. The position also requires a commitment to academic excellence and knowledge of the NCAA rules and regulations. Collegiate coaching experience and/or collegiate playing experience will be valued as an attribute for the position.
