October 8 Men's Varsity National Statistics Released
NEW YORK, N.Y. -- The 2008 statistics for men's games through October 6 have been released with several CWPA athletes among the Top 10.
In goals, Joe Przekota of Iona, Nick Eddy of George Washington, Mike Mulvey of Navy and Richie Hyden of Bucknell rank third, sixth, seventh and eighth, while Chris Hutchens of Johns Hopkins, Eric Konzem of Iona, Brett Rajchel of Navy, Timmy Will of Fordham and Alex Sotolongo of George Washington rank second, third, sixth, seventh and eighth in saves.
In the team statistics, Iona, Navy, Johns Hopkins and George Washington rank second, fifth, sixth and seventh in goals per game. On the other end of the pool, MIT, Saint Francis (N.Y.), Gannon and Princeton rank third, fourth, fifth and 10th in fewest goals allowed per game.
