UC-Davis' Mindy Bacharach Named March 9 Sierra Pacific Division Player of the Week

BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Mindy Bacharach (So., Alamo, Calif.) of the University of California-Davis scored 10 goals on 13 shots, with five assists, seven steals and one kick-out drawn to earn the March 9 Sierra Pacific Division Player of the Week award and lead the Aggies to a 4-0 record in division play.

In her team's most difficult game of the week, she shot four-of-four from the field for four goals with two assists and steals as the Aggies knocked off California State University-Chico to clinch the No. 1 seed for the Sierra Pacific Division Championship on April 18-19 at Cunningham Pool in Castlewood, California.

Overall, she helped lead a No. 3 nationally-ranked UC-Davis program which has outscored opponents 54-11 this year with a 10.75 goal average margin of victory.
