BRIDGEPORT, Pa. -- Lindenwood University's Stacey Fischer scored seven goals, handed out two assists and grabbed 15 steals in a 3-1 weekend for the Lions at the division championship to earn the April 20 Heartland Division Player of the Week award.

The Lions defeated Grinnell College (12-9 W), Carleton College (7-6 W) and Knox College (10-4 W) before falling to Carleton (3-0 L) in the Heartland Division title game to conclude the season with a 6-1 mark in division play.
