SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. - The University of Washington overcame an early lead from Georgetown to defeat the Hoyas 11-6. Georgetown charged out to a 4-1 lead in the second quarter, but watched the Huskies tie the game at four by halftime and take a lead that they would not relenquish early in the third frame.

Eight different Huskies scored and goalie Austin Kuchenbecker made eight saves to lead the winning effort. Georgetown was paced by four goals from Albert Won. Washington meets USC in the quarterfinals. Georgetown plays Florida in the consolation bracket.
