6-2 score. The Wildcats never threatened as Cal Poly took an early lead and then put up a strong defensive performance, shutting down Arizona's leading scorers.

Matt Landre, Jeremy Karas and Marc Waleen each scored two goals for the Mustangs, who advance to the semifinals against Michigan State University. Arizona next plays Georgia Tech.
