Step 1 Click on the menu link to your left marked "Hotels Reserved - Men's Season or "Hotels Reserved - Women's Season" to determine the date of the tournament you are seeking.

Step 2 Click on the appropriate division to locate the list of tournaments and hotel properties reserved.

Step 3 Contact the hotel, mentioning the code associated with the room block reserved by the CWPA. Most times it is listed as "cwpa."

Step 4 Make your individual room reservation and secure it with a credit card.

Step 5 Ensure you receive a confirmation number with your reservation or at least the name of the individual that assisted you.
