The league schedule was the next item on the agenda. There was a lot of discussion about when to host the championship and whether it should be held after spring break. Some felt it was too long to have between early March and the National Championship, while others felt they would not be able to get their team to play after returning from break. Teams eventually decided to not extend the season, maintaining the championship in early March. Dates were decided as follows:
- January 22-23 Central Washington
- February 12-13 Central Washington
- March 5-6 Championship at Osborn Aquatic Center, hosted by Oregon State
The costs associated with hosting the championship at Osborn Aquatic Center was discussed and teams determined that they would share in the financial amount with the host school, Oregon State. Boise State indicated they would inform the league if they could field a team by Monday.
The schedule was determined to be as follows:

The meeting opened with Boise State indicating their interest in participating. Larry Jackson stated that Southern Utah University was planning to join as well and he was interested in putting in a “B” team. Will from Boise State said that Idaho State was a possibility as well. After reviewing the distance between Boise State and the Arizona schools, it was apparent that the division was too large. The choice was to either prevent Boise State from participating or to split the existing division. Teams chose to split as the logical alternative to promote growth and reduce costs.
The schools agreed that the Utah/Idaho schools will make one division and the Colorado/Arizona/New Mexico schools will make up the Southwest Division. The Utah/Idaho schools then left the call and will plan on having another call at a later date to discuss their schedule.
The league schedule for the remaining schools was the next item on the agenda. Teams chose to have a regional and a crossover, followed by a championship. In that fashion, no one would travel outside of their region more than once per season. Conflicts were discussed and the dates were determined as follows:
- February 5-6 Northern regional at EPIC
- February 26-27 Southern regional at Northern Arizona
- March 5-6 Crossover at Arizona State
- April 16-17 Championship at Air Force
